Terms & Conditions
Who provides your ride
O’Hare Taxi Now is a website of O’Hare Taxi and Limo. Our booking confirmations, trip messages and customer service use the O’Hare Taxi and Limo name.
Booking and confirming your airport ride
Enter your travel date, pickup location, destination, passenger count and luggage details. For an airport pickup, include your airline and arriving flight number.
If you cannot enter your flight information in the designated fields, please include it in the Notes box. Choose a vehicle that meets your needs, review the full trip total, and follow the booking steps.
Booking online is the easiest way to check availability, whether you’re planning ahead or need a ride on short notice. For trips requiring an availability check, we’ll review your request and let you know whether we can accommodate it, along with the price.
You can then decide whether to proceed. Your ride is confirmed once your reservation is accepted and you receive confirmation.
For round trips, enter the details for both journeys when booking. Both trips will appear in the same confirmation email, and the total for both trips will be charged together. Please review the details for both journeys.
Full total, payment and gratuity
Your full trip total is shown before payment and includes tolls, applicable taxes, airport fees and any extras you selected. Any applicable MPEA airport departure tax is included, not added afterward. No hidden fees.
Your agreed fare will not increase unless you request a route change, such as an additional stop or a different pickup location or destination, or need a larger vehicle category because your passengers or luggage exceed your booked allowance.
When you book online, you’ll be prompted for payment at the end of the booking form. For an office-assisted reservation, we’ll send a payment link by text message or email. Review the payment steps and terms shown for your trip.
Gratuity is optional and appreciated. You decide the amount and can tip in cash directly to your driver or by card online.
Manage a reservation
To request a change or cancellation, use the reservation link in your confirmation or contact our office. We’ll review your request and confirm the next steps.
We understand that travel plans can change. We’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments, including pickup times, locations and other trip details. Changes depend on availability and existing schedules, so please let us know as early as possible. Last-minute changes may not always be possible.
A requested change or cancellation is not confirmed until we accept it. Please check your updated reservation details.
Cancellation policy
The refund percentage applies to the full amount paid for the affected trip, including the fare, paid extras and gratuity. The same percentage applies to all of these amounts; we do not calculate separate cancellation refunds for individual extras or tips.
For a round trip or another booking with several trips, each cancelled trip is calculated separately using its original allocation of shared charges and gratuity.
Cancelling one trip does not change the price of a trip you keep. A refund cannot exceed the amount paid for the cancelled trip that has not already been refunded.
The time we receive your original cancellation request determines the applicable cancellation band. We will review the request, your reservation terms and any required flight information, then confirm the cancellation and any refund.
For a connecting journey, we use the final flight arriving at the airport where we will pick you up. If that flight is cancelled before departure, diverted, or its actual status cannot be verified, contact us so we can review the circumstances.
Cancellation and refund processing are separate. We will confirm any approved refund; your payment provider may take additional time to show it.
If your reservation was accepted under earlier terms, we will review those terms when resolving your request.

| At or after actual touchdown of that flight | No refund |

Flight changes and delays
We track arriving flights to help coordinate your airport pickup. Please provide your airline and arriving flight number when booking. If the booking form does not accept your flight information in the designated fields, enter it in the Notes box.
When we have your correct flight information, we’ll track your arrival and adjust your pickup for delays to the same flight. You don’t need to request a new pickup time simply because your flight is delayed.
If no flight information is provided, we cannot track your arrival. Your reservation will remain scheduled for the original pickup time you requested.
If your flight is cancelled, please notify us as soon as you find out, even if you don’t yet have replacement travel plans. If you’re rebooked on another flight or your flight details change, contact us with the new information as soon as it’s available.
If you decide not to travel or no longer need your pickup, please request a cancellation. The applicable refund depends on when we receive your request under our cancellation policy.
There is no additional fee simply because your original flight is delayed or you need to reschedule a missed-flight pickup. Changes to a different flight depend on availability. If you request a different route or destination, we’ll explain any price change before you agree.
Airport arrival planning and pickup
Use your arriving flight number and the Chicago arrival date and local time shown on your itinerary—not the date you leave the other city. For example, if your flight arrives in Chicago at 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, use Tuesday as the arrival date even if you departed on Monday.
Allow time after landing to leave the aircraft, collect bags and complete any required immigration or customs checks.
U.S. preclearance means completing U.S. immigration and customs before departure. Check with your airline if you are unsure whether it applies. Allow longer for children, larger groups or assistance needs, and let us know if bags or immigration take longer.
We’ll send trip reminders by text, along with updates when your driver is on the way or has arrived.
Once everyone in your group is together, you have collected your luggage and you are ready to leave the terminal, reply to your trip text to confirm you are ready. Airport pickup rules do not allow drivers to wait at the curb, so your driver will approach the terminal after you confirm.
It usually takes about 8–10 minutes to reach the pickup area, although heavy airport traffic, seasonal congestion or construction can take longer. We will do our best to reach you promptly while following airport pickup rules.
Meet on the lower Arrivals level, outside baggage claim, at the confirmed door and commercial pickup lane. Before entering a vehicle, match the driver and vehicle to the details provided. If anything does not match, contact our office before entering the vehicle.
If you cannot find your driver, contact them directly using the phone number sent by text. If you cannot reach your driver or need additional assistance, contact our office at (847) 592-4599.
Departure planning and overnight dates
Allow enough time for the drive, possible traffic or weather delays, check-in, baggage and airport security. Check your airline’s current recommended arrival time. Book early-morning rides in advance.
Use the actual pickup date. If your ride leaves late in the evening before an early-morning flight, enter that previous evening’s date for the pickup—not the flight’s departure date.
Vehicle, luggage and fit
Choose a vehicle that fits everyone in your group and all of your luggage. Count children and infants as passengers. Tell us about strollers, large or unusual items, and child seats so we can plan the space.
The allowances in our Vehicle and Luggage Guide are per vehicle and cover passengers and luggage together.
Cargo Mode uses reduced seating to make more room for bags; it does not combine the maximum passenger count with the maximum luggage count.
Oversized items and child seats can affect usable space. Contact us in advance for unusual loads or to arrange more than one vehicle.
O’Hare Taxi and Limo has a varied fleet, and your fare is based on the vehicle category needed for your passengers and luggage.
Depending on availability, we may send a larger vehicle at no extra charge, but never one with less capacity than you booked.
If your passengers or luggage exceed your booked allowance, the rate for the category you need applies, even if a larger vehicle arrives.
Children and child seats
Every passenger must have a suitable seat and seat belt. Children who require a child restraint must use an appropriate one; children may not ride on laps.
You’re welcome to bring an appropriate child seat.
If you need us to provide seats, select rear-facing, forward-facing or booster seats and the quantity when booking online.
Put each child’s age in Notes. Child seats provided by O’Hare Taxi and Limo have an additional fee.
Mobility, assistance and preferred driver
Let us know in advance if you’re bringing a folding mobility aid so we can plan safe space for you, your luggage and the equipment. There is no accessibility surcharge.
Our drivers provide ordinary courtesy assistance, not medical care. Please contact our office to discuss any specific assistance needs.
You’re welcome to request a preferred driver when booking. Please include your preferred driver’s name in the Notes box. If they’re unavailable for your trip, our team will help arrange another qualified driver.
Pets and service animals
Pets are permitted. Please tell us about your pet when booking so we can prepare appropriately. Service animals travel without a pet fee.
Stops and other changes
If you need to add a stop or change your pickup location or destination, tell us as soon as possible. We’ll confirm whether the change can be accommodated and any revised price before you agree. For long-distance travel, discuss any planned stops when arranging your ride.
Safety, incidents and lost property
Wear your seat belt and follow reasonable safety instructions. Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, threatening conduct and vehicle damage are not permitted. Open vehicle doors only when it is safe.
If you have an immediate safety concern, ask to stop in a safe place and contact emergency services when needed. Report the incident to our office as soon as you can.
If you think you left something in a vehicle, contact our office with your reservation details, a description of the item and a way to reach you.
We’ll check whether the item has been found and discuss any available recovery or return arrangements. We cannot guarantee that a lost item will be found or returned. Please check that you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
O’Hare Taxi and Limo reviews cleaning and damage reports using the available incident evidence. Contact our office with your reservation details if you want to report an incident or challenge a cleaning or damage report.
