We offer flat-rate pricing for all advance bookings made with at least an 8-hour notice. Bookings made within 8 hours of your required service time may be subject to additional fees due to weather conditions, traffic, tolls, airport taxes, or other surcharges.

We make every effort to ensure our drivers arrive promptly for scheduled pickups. A 10-minute grace period is provided after your requested pickup time. Beyond that, a $15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes of waiting. This fee does not apply to airport pickups.
