- Flat rates are applicable to all bookings made in advance with a notice of 12 hours or more. However, taxi requests made after the 8-hour mark may be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to those related to weather conditions, traffic, tolls, airport taxes, and other applicable charges.
Punctuality Assurance for Airport Drop-offs:
- We prioritize promptness for airport drop-offs and make every effort to ensure our taxi drivers are on time. Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes past the requested pick-up time. After this grace period, a charge of $15.00 will be applied for every 15-minute interval of waiting. Please note that this waiting charge does not apply to waits at the airport. In the event of delayed flights or cancellations that prevent us from completing the service, you will be promptly notified, and full reimbursement will be authorized. To avoid this issue please always provide the incoming flight number and airline, we will monitor it to arrange accordingly.
Payment Authorization:
- By booking with us, the customer authorizes us to bill any applicable charges, including those mentioned above, to the credit card on file. The customer agrees to pay all such charges. We will provide written or phone notification of any additional charges as soon as practicable. You explicitly agree that all communication regarding owed amounts will be made via email or phone, using the contact information provided to us. Such communication may be conducted by us or by a third-party collection agent acting on our behalf.
O'Hare Taxi Rates
All the listed rates are extras that might apply: Taxi from O’Hare Airport to the suburbs is the same price. All tolls and taxes are included.
- $12.00 Mid-Size SUV Charge (4 Passengers/3 suitcases)
- $18.00 Minivan Charge (6 Passengers/5 suitcases)
- $22.00 Minivan Charge (7 Passengers/5 suitcases)
- $10.00 – Child car seats (Advance requests ONLY).
- $60.00 – 1 Hour Waiting Time, does not apply to Airport Pick-Ups. ($15.00 charged for every 15 minutes intervals).
- 25% – surcharge on holidays.
- 10% – surcharge late-night (10:00PM – 3:59AM) .
- Any gratuity/tips can be made in cash or card (Always Optional). Tips go to the driver’s total payout.
- We reserve the right to modify the price if any of these extras charges apply.
All the rates listed below are for full-size sedans that fit up to 3 passengers and 2 checked suitcases. Extras above apply for any bigger number of passengers or luggage.
Flat Rate Taxi To O'Hare Airport - Return Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- A cancellation fee of 25% of the trip’s total price plus tip will be charged for any bookings canceled within 2 hours of the arranged pick-up time.
- For cancellations made within 4 hours of the pick-up time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the trip’s total price plus tip will apply.
- Bookings canceled within 6 hours of the arranged pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the trip’s total price plus tip.
- Reservations can be rescheduled for later times and dates if advised within one hour of the pick-up time. Any changes to the route, additional stops, variations in the number of passengers or luggage must be communicated to the dispatcher as soon as possible, with the latest acceptable notification time being 1 hour from pick-up time.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- The full trip’s total price plus tip will be retained in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation less than 2 hours before the pick-up time.
- No-show by the passenger at the arranged location (Driver will leave after 15 minutes if there is no response or if the customer provided an incorrect location more than 5 miles away from the driver’s current location).
- Trip cancellation by the driver due to exposure to danger, including but not limited to criminal activity, acts of violence, racial remarks, threats, or any situation in which the driver feels unsafe to complete the trip.
- In cases of inclement weather deemed dangerous to the physical safety of our drivers, customers, and vehicles, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. In such instances, all previously charged amounts, including tips, will be refunded to the customer’s bank account within 7 business days. In such situation, customer will be notified as soon as we have confirm dangerous weather is approaching.
Payment Authorization:
- O’Hare Taxi & Limo Transportation LLC reserves the right to charge the credit or debit card previously saved by the customer or O’Hare Taxi & Limo Transportation LLC as a valid payment method when any invoice is due for payment.

- Firstly, our minivans can accommodate varying amounts of luggage depending on the number of passengers. The third row can be conveniently lowered to create a flat surface for luggage or boxes.
Secondly, we offer flat rates for all advance bookings made with at least an 8-hour notice. However, bookings made within 8 hours of the required service time may be subject to additional fees due to factors such as weather conditions, traffic, tolls, airport taxes, and other surcharges.
